Hall Rental Price List
All rates are a 3-hour minimum
North and Eickholdt Dining Rooms: Accommodate 220 people
Monday-Friday Daytime 9:00am-4:00pm $80.00 per hour
Saturday-Sunday Daytime 9:00am-4:00pm $90.00 per hour
Monday-Thursday Evening 5:00pm-10:00pm $80.00 per hour
Friday-Sunday Evening 5:00pm-12:00am $90.00 per hour
Grays Opera House (includes the North and Eickholdt rooms): $250.00 per hour
Please allow adequate time for set-up / clean-up before and after the event. There will be no early admittance prior to the time reserved.
Daily Rental of Building: Up to 350 people (8 hours) $1,500.00
(Includes 1st floor North and Eickholdt Dining Rooms plus Grays Opera House)
Cleaning Fee: $50.00
Kitchen Use: The kitchen is only to be used for the warming of food and washing of dishes. A refrigerator, Freezer and microwave are included. There is an additional fee for the use of the bar fridge and keg lines. If cooking in the kitchen, a charge of $150.00 is required, and there needs to be a guest who is Serve Safe Certified on the premises.
Deposit: A Deposit of $125.00 is required at the time of booking. There is a $75.00 non-refundable charge upon cancellation or rebooking if within two weeks of the event. Final payment can be brought to the event.
Charitable/Non-Profit Groups: Any persons or group using the building for profit or fundraising must pay set rates. All other considerations to be made by the Romeo Masonic Temple Board Association.
Sub Leasing of the building is Not Permitted
